Shipping Policy
At Frontier Grid, our mission is to deliver your energy independence solutions as quickly and safely as possible. Because we carry high-capacity batteries and specialized solar equipment, we take extra care in our logistics and handling.
1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer various shipping methods depending on the weight and sensitivity of the products:

Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days.

Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days (Available for smaller accessories).

Freight/LTL Shipping: For large solar panels and high-capacity home backup systems, we use specialized freight carriers. Delivery usually takes 7–12 business days.
Shipping Charges:

Standard Shipping is FREE on all orders over $[Insert Amount, e.g., €129.04].

For orders below this amount, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Due to the nature of Lithium-ion batteries and the size of solar panels, we cannot ship power stations or solar kits to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical residential or business address at checkout.
5. International Shipping
Currently, Frontier Grid primary ships to the Contiguous United States. For shipping inquiries to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations, please contact our support team at support@frontier-grid.com for a custom shipping quote.
6. Damages & Inspection
Your energy gear is valuable. We ask that you inspect your package upon arrival:

If the packaging is visibly damaged, please take photos before opening it.

If the product is damaged inside, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can file a claim with the carrier and send you a replacement.
7. Missing Items
If your order contains multiple large items (e.g., a Power Station and a Solar Panel), they may arrive in separate boxes and at different times. Please check your tracking link for the status of all individual packages.
